Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from olive groves that lie on the sunny slopes of Arquà Petrarca. The olives selected and processed cold, are squeezed within 24 hours from the harvest to keep intact all the nutritional and aromatic characteristics of the oil.
Well suited to fish, vegetables and pasta dishes.
