Description
The grapes for this special selection come from the south-west area of the Euganean Hills, where the soils are stonier and shallow.
Besides having a superior sugar richness, the productions possess a greater concentration of components able to emphasize the structure of the wines to which they will give origin. In addition to their higher sugar content,
the grapes have a greater concentration of substances that enhance the body of the wines made. These wines also remain a long time in the consumer’s memory after tasting. Their intense fragrance and roundness provide absolute pleasure when drinking them.
