Description

The grapes of this special selection come from the south-western area of the Euganean Hills, where the soil is stonier and shallower. Besides having a superior sugar richness, the productions possess a greater concentration of components able to emphasize the structure of the wines to which they will give origin. These products also remain for a long time, after having tasted them, in the gustatory memory of the consumer; the olfactory intensity and roundness give the absolute pleasure in drinking it.
